The M3000 series miniature rapid gas chromatograph uses a narrow bore capillary gas chromatography column, which makes rapid gas separation possible. When the sample size is very small, the performance advantages of micro rapid gas chromatography can be fully demonstrated. The micro mechanical sampler and micro thermal conductivity detector, together with a narrow aperture chromatographic column, can provide separation results of gas samples within seconds.

Micro rapid gas chromatography has excellent accuracy and lifespan, and can be maintained for a long time without the need for maintenance. Two miniature rapid gas chromatographs installed in the QC laboratory in 1994 are still in operation today, providing over 450 sample analyses per day without any maintenance or service interruptions. 2012We conducted over 10 calibrations and recalculated the standard deviation and accuracy annually, and found that after 5 years of 24/7 uninterrupted operation, the instrument still maintained very good accuracy without requiring any maintenance during this period.
